Pretty much the worst disease for your Station, Alien Spawn has the highest Body drain of any disease and the end result is a Skrasher tearing up the place. Peeps with this disease need to be treated very quickly, even if a peep is at full health, you will have less than 200 seconds to get them cured.
This disease can be caught from petting a Memau that has eaten enough Litter. Although very rarely a peep can enter the station already infected. Shuttles seeking medical attention hailing from the Nostromo will be infected.
