Fun is the stat that tells when the peep is excited or bored. Visiting attractions or shopping will raise it.
Simply standing around or walking slowly decreases the fun stat, as does a a certain disease.
A peep with very low fun points can become depressed, which can potentially lead to suicide. Depressed people can have a shadow hanging over them.
