A Palace Galactica is the high-price accommodation on the Pleasure deck. It can hold up to four peeps.
For those too discerning to use a simple Berth Pod, the Space Hotel is the answer. There are three levels of Space Hotel; The ultimate in luxury accommodation. Those wealthy or important enough will demand the best - even skilled workers sometimes see rooms here as their right. Refinements include twenty-nine hour room service, newspaper information beamed directly into the occupant's brain a nano-second before he wakes up and a free shoe, foot, tentacle or hoof-cleaning service.
Each room contains significant cleaning facilities, such that those who regularly stay there will only occasionally need to use a Lavotron. Food is also available, although different races will consume different amounts. It has an enormous footprint, usually occupying a good third of a station segment by itself.
Gem Slugs love staying in these hotels, gaining points in Mind, Body, Fun and nourishment. While they don't gain any special bonuses, Zedem Monks find this the best place for them to stay. Other races will usually find other hotels more to their liking, particularly those of "lower class". Kasvagorians gain mind and nourishment here, but prefer the tea of the Star Motel. Turakken like staying well enough, gaining mind points, but will usually prefer to recuperate and enjoy themselves in the Space Inn. Sirens tolerate stays well enough but prefer to enjoy themselves at the Space Inn. Targ, Greys and Karmarama dislike staying in this hotel, losing mind points and receiving less rest. Salt Hogs may not dislike staying, but are unable to bring themselves to actually use any of the facilities in their rooms, although they will manage to slowly sober themselves up while inside.
